An exciting opportunity to join Aspire4Life as a Service Area Manager. As a Service Area Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, support and mentoring to the remote assessment teams, ensuring the effective implementation and operational delivery within the Aged Care Assessment and navigation services and in accordance with Aspire4Life's values, quality frameworks, and applicable legislative obligations.

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday (no weekend or shift work).

We offer a comprehensive 2 weeks of full-time training and orientation held both virtually and face-to-face in our Coolangatta office (all expenses covered).

The role:

  • Lead by example, embodying the values and positively driving strategic transformation.
  • Monitor assessments and support planning ensuring assessments are delivered within a wellness and reablement framework and aligned with KPIs.
  • Working collaboratively with our leaders and support teams to develop reports, interpret, and analyse data, categorise risk, develop, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Ability to create strong regional networks of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete all external and internal reporting requirements.
  • Motivate, support and develop highly engaged leaders.

About you:

  • Previous experience in people management and leadership (ideally managing remote teams)
  • Experience supporting a mobile case management, care planning or assessment service workforce.
  • Previous experience working in an aged and/or community care setting with a demonstrated understanding and ability to maintain knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Experience working towards and achieving contractual KPI and quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • High-level computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office) with the ability to problem solve system interruptions with ease.

What to bring?

  • Tertiary qualified Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist with current AHPRA Registration.
  • 5+ years of Strategic and Operational Leadership experience.
  • Unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
