This highly sought after firm who are known as employers of choice, are seeking an experienced legal secretary to provide full secretarial support to a Partner and wider team. Leading edge and extremely interesting cases with a focus on all aspects of Intellectual Property, which include Litigation matters, your secretarial expertise will be put on display. Your daily duties will include (though not limited to):

* Preparation and amending documentation and correspondence
* Diary management
* Travel co-ordination
* Drafting of Court documentation
* Filing specific IP related documents (Trademarks and Patents) and Court documents
* Conducting searches
* Client liaison
* Monthly billing
* File management

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess previous experience Intellectual Property Litigation (highly desirable) or Commercial Litigation and having provided support at Partner level is a must. A strong, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, fast and accurate typing, excellent communication skills and a “can do” attitude.
