Immediately available Quality / Regulatory Affairs Officer , or Senior administrator within highly regulated sector, required for 6 months temporary role that may extend. Reporting into a very experienced and supportive Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be required to work within the Quality Assurance and Regulatory department to implement and manage appropriate quality processes and systems to ensure best practice. This opportunity is open to working holiday visa candidates and has some WFH flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, update and circulation of quality documents.
• Assist with management of registration applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Support process improvements and contribute to regulatory efficiency
• Work with managers to be across complex regulatory matters
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and liaise with stakeholders accordingly

Skills & Requirements:
• Industry experience in Pharma, health care or product development would be highly regarded
• Ideally have Tertiary qualification in a technical field (e.g., Science, Engineering)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in regulatory documentation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
