Key Responsibilities:

Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery on civil, construction, and subdivision projects.

Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safe operation.

Work alongside other trades and construction teams to meet project deadlines and safety standards.

Safely transport materials, move soil, and assist with excavation and grading operations for subdivision developments.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulatory standards in the civil and construction industry.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience operating front-end loaders in civil, construction, and subdivision environments.

A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) and relevant plant operator tickets.

A current driver's license (HR or higher preferred).

Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

Experience with grading, site preparation, and excavation for subdivisions is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.

• Able to pass a urine drug/alcohol test and physical assessment
