A leading Victorian Agency is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a 12-month contract fixed term contract. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in legal reviews, contract management, and policy development supporting end-to-end procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex procurement processes from initiation to contract completion.
• Provide strategic procurement and contract management advice to internal stakeholders.
• Assist and lead the request for information (RFI)/ Request for Quote/Proposal (RFQ/RFP)
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in procurement.
• Develop and deliver training and capability-building initiatives for procurement teams.

About You

• Experience in procurement, contract management, and purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement policies, tendering, and probity requirements.
• Legal contract review experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A tertiary qualification in Procurement, Contract Management, or a related field (desirable).
