Your Role

As Scheduler you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

  • Schedule the provision of care services to clients
  • Enter data to meet internal and external funding requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to clients, carers, employee and Ozcare
  • Schedule the appropriate employees to suit the needs of the clients in accordance with directions from the Service Delivery Manager
  • Actively participate in and contribute to workplace quality improvement activities

Role Requirements

  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Tertiary Qualifications (as appropriate) and/or relevant experience in a health-related field e.g. Health and Human services and experience in administration
  • Extensive experience in technology skills along with office systems
  • Experience in scheduling staff
