Your Role
As Scheduler you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:
- Schedule the provision of care services to clients
- Enter data to meet internal and external funding requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to clients, carers, employee and Ozcare
- Schedule the appropriate employees to suit the needs of the clients in accordance with directions from the Service Delivery Manager
- Actively participate in and contribute to workplace quality improvement activities

Role Requirements
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Tertiary Qualifications (as appropriate) and/or relevant experience in a health-related field e.g. Health and Human services and experience in administration
- Extensive experience in technology skills along with office systems
- Experience in scheduling staff
