Qualifications & experience

• Training & experience in customer-facing roles in a retail setting is essential
• Recent & relevant experience as a pharmacy assistant is preferred.
• Computer skills & experience using pharmacy programs, & familiarity with other common computer software
• Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy is desirable

Tasks & responsibilities

• This customer-facing role involves empathetic customer service, product recommendations (with sufficient training & experience), and becoming an integral part of our team
• Customer service, including prescription queries, answering phones, & serving general pharmacy customers
• Understanding & embracing our Fullife values & culture
• stock handling & workflow maintenance duties
• merchandising , problem-solving & a range of other duties
