About the role

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our talented team at Carlisle Impact Centre in Welshpool, WA. This successful applicant will be responsible for repairing of a wide range of vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Repairing and restoring vehicle bodies, panels and components to the highest standard
• Utilising specialised tools and equipment to straighten, reshape and realign damaged areas
• Preparing surfaces for painting and refinishing using appropriate techniques
• Collaborating with the Paint Department to ensure a seamless repair process
• Maintaining detailed records of all repair work undertaken
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater, with a minimum of 3 years' industry experience
• Strong technical skills in vehicle body repair and restoration techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Being able to work under pressure, efficiently and to time schedules.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers if required
