Founded by skin therapist Naomi Henderson, Fleur takes a multi-faceted approach to skin healing, addressing both internal and external factors to achieve long-lasting results.

THE ROLE

Position: Part-time Dermal Therapist / Skin Therapist (option to go full time)
Employment Type: Part-time, or Casual
Location: Mount Lawley, Perth, WA

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
✔️ A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry
✔️ Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, or a Dermal Science Diploma
✔️ Strong skin consultation experience
✔️ Beauty therapist experience (accepted and welcomed)
✔️ A professional and results-driven approach to skin treatments
✔️ Impeccable client service and communication skills
✔️ A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player mindset
✔️ A passion for continuous learning and education
✔️ A positive, can-do attitude with a growth mindset
✔️ Immaculate presentation and professionalism

Bonus: Experience in brow and lash treatments is highly regarded but not essential.
