We are seeking enthusiastic Pathology Collectors to join our clinical team at the most dynamic and exciting clinical trials centre in Australia! The roles are part-time, Monday to Friday, preferably working school friendly hours to help us deliver even better care during the busiest part of our days.

About the role:

As the Pathology Collector, you will work closely with our clinical and operational teams to deliver world class care to all our clinical trial participants, always ensuring their safety and producing high quality data. Whilst experience in clinical trials would be helpful it is not essential.

If you had been here today, we would have asked you to:

• Deliver the best person-centred clinical care to study participants, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our trial participants through attentive and empathetic nursing
• Work alongside experienced healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality clinical trial services safely within professional scope of practice
• Deliver phlebotomy with great precision and care for our participants
• Maintain precise records to minimise data queries
• Participate in team meetings and huddles bringing innovative ideas and supporting your colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Pathology Collection
• 1+ years work experience
• Venepuncture skills (essential)
• A passion for excellent customer service and great communication skills
