With continued growth in our Revesby NSW Depot we seek forklift operators wanting to expand their skills and willing to contribute to our dynamic team.

As a key member of our team, you will bring your expertise in operating a heavy combination sideloader trailer with prime mover to transport general freight. Your comprehensive understanding of safe sideloader operation, load restraint guidelines and National Heavey Vehicle Law will ensure the safe and secure transportation of our clients' goods. A MSIC with wharf access is a must-have for this role, while a Dangerous Goods drivers licence, LF Forklift High Risk Work Licence and MC Multi Combination drivers licence would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Heavy Combination Trucks with Sideloader Trailers.
• Comply with all load restraint guidelines to secure freight.
• Conduct pre-start inspections to ensure the safe operation of the vehicles.
• Deliver and pick-up freight as per schedule, maintaining high levels of punctuality and efficiency.
• Comply with all company policies, as well as local and national transport laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Heavy Combination Truck driver's licence.
• Current MSIC for wharf access.
• Proven experience with Sideloader trailers particularly Hammar.
• Comprehensive understanding and adherence to National Heavy Vehicle Law.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Dangerous Goods drivers licence (advantageous).
• LF Forklift high risk work licence (advantageous).
• MC Drivers Licence (advantageous).

Eligibility:
Candidates must meet our pre-employment criteria which includes a medical, drug and alcohol screening, relevant right to work and valid Australian National Police check.
