About the role:
As an Uber Eats trainer, you will be responsible for conducting virtual training training for newly onboarded Merchants via Zoom & phone calls. This role will be instrumental in ensuring new Merchants are set up for success right from the get go. You will partner with the Sales and Ops teams to build relationships with our Restaurant partners and drive continuous success of the program. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and tackles every challenge with a can-do attitude.

Location: Sydney
Hours: (Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm)
Uniform: Casual - whatever you're comfortable in
Pay rate: $37.66/hr + super

Your impact in role:
- Conduct virtual training for newly onboarded Merchants in Australia and New Zealand
- Act as a subject matter expert for Uber Eats troubleshooting any issues the Merchant has
- Drive continuous improvement for the training program to enhance both the merchant experience and the success of the program
- Work with the Merchant Operations & Sales teams in pursuit of the training program
