About the Role:

Zamel’s is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Manager in Training to support the daily operations of the store and learn from seasoned leaders. As a Manager in Training, you will undergo a comprehensive development program that will equip you with the skills needed to eventually lead a store. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for fine jewellery, a strong desire to develop leadership skills, and a passion for retail management.

• Leadership Development: You will work alongside experienced Store Managers to learn how to lead and inspire a team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and achieving store goals. Your training will involve understanding the company’s values and best practices for motivating and developing staff.
• Store Operations & Performance: You will assist in managing store operations, from inventory management to maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards. You will learn how to ensure day-to-day store activities run smoothly while adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
• Customer Service Excellence: You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, learning how to engage with high-end clientele and assist in providing tailored advice. Your role will include helping to create a memorable shopping experience for each customer.
• Sales Management Support: You will assist in tracking sales performance, learning how to analyze KPIs, and helping the team meet targets. Over time, you will develop strategies to improve sales performance and contribute to achieving store objectives.

About You:

• Previous Experience: You have previous retail experience working in either a management or leadership position, with a desire to build a career.
• Leadership Potential: You should possess a strong desire to develop leadership skills. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced managers and will be trained to take on leadership responsibilities as you grow within the role.
• Exceptional Service: You must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for every client. Immaculate personal presentation is essential in line with the luxury nature of the brand.
• Multi-tasking & Organization: In this fast-paced environment, you will need to juggle multiple tasks while remaining focused and organized. The ability to prioritize effectively is essential for managing the store efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in maintaining the store’s high standards, ensuring inventory is well-managed, and ensuring the store’s visual presentation reflects the luxury nature of the brand.
• Sales Analysis & Performance Tracking: You will learn to analyze sales data and KPIs, assisting the team in tracking store performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Jewellery Experience: While previous experience in jewellery is desirable, it is not essential. However, a passion for luxury products and an eagerness to learn about the industry will serve you well.
