Superformance has been a market leader for over 42 years in the aftermarket automotive industry specializing in Classic Cars, Muscle Cars, Street Machines and Pickup Trucks. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Automotive Sales Advisor to join our team in Capalaba.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs for performance upgrades, and provide expert guidance on Superformance's range of high performance parts
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range & automotive performance parts applications
• Source performance parts and provide quotes in a timely manner
• Manage & process lead follow-ups in a timely manner
• Monitor industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Support the team on sales and enquiries for full custom car builds
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, providing quotes and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of Superformance

What we're looking for

• Products you have experience selling include; Engines, aftermarket suspension, wheels and performance parts and understand their applications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, within the automotive industry
• Passion for muscle cars & street cars and a deep understanding of the market and audience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Good listener who is self motivated and is a skilled negotiator
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
