What You'll Do:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales
• Mentor and develop your team for future leadership roles
• Implement effective visual merchandising strategies
• Manage stock and prioritise daily tasks efficiently
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members

What You Need:

• 2+ years of retail management experience or an Assistant Store Manager looking for career progression
• Passion for delivering an inclusive and engaging shopping experience
• Strong people management skills with the ability to mentor and inspire
• Commercial mindset and an eye for visual merchandising
• Hands-on approach to stock management and store operations
