About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Strata Cleaner who takes pride in transforming spaces and enjoys making a difference every day. You will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and the visual appeal of common areas in a variety of residential and commercial buildings. Your efforts will help to create comfortable, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients, and you’ll work both independently and with a team to keep these properties looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks across common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and shared facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.
• Collect, sort, and dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas, keeping these spaces tidy and orderly.
• Maintain cleanliness in garbage and recycling areas and handle waste according to recycling guidelines.
• Perform occasional deep-cleaning tasks or special projects to enhance the property’s appeal.
• Act as our eyes and ears on the ground, reporting any maintenance needs or repair requirements.
• Respond to cleaning requests or urgent tasks as they arise, keeping the property consistently welcoming and well-maintained.
