GeckoSports offer kids a fun and interactive start to sport and fitness for life. We give children the inspiration and confidence to be physically active and try their hand at playing different sports through our scientifically designed Early Learning (KUBS), Primary School and Junior High School aged programs.

With over 15 years of experience, we specialise in the following programs:

• School aged programs for kids from 5-14 years old
• After-school fun fitness & multi-sports classes
• Holiday programs
• Sports & Bootcamp programs
• Birthday parties
• Specialised school programs
• Sports club clinics
• Community events

The great thing about working at GeckoSports is that the programs we deliver vary across 23 different sports. These programs are delivered through 'in-school program, Before and After-school programs, specialised Sports Clinics, School holiday programs, Vacation care providers, Special events and Sports style Birthday Barties.

The coaching happens all across the Gold Coast, South Brisbane and Northern NSW and the hours on offer do vary. Our programs typically start from 8.30am in the morning and run until 5.30pm and may be at different venues.

We operate 7 days a week with weekends typically busy with Birthday Party's, events and shopping Centre programs. The total hours we offer fluctuate anywhere between 8-25 hours per week.

Unlike many coaching roles, we pay our coaches to arrive early and set up, plus a pack down time so this doesn't come out of your own time. Travel allowance is also provided for some shifts outside local based work.

If you have worked with children, coached junior sport, are studying to become a teacher, sports/exercise science, or you are a parent passionate about health and fitness, we are looking for you!

We are a nationally accredited coaching partner to 12 national sports and have another 11 sports programs that we also offer.

Right now we are looking to employ up to 5 coaches to join our team.

We are looking for Coaches right now who have experience in the Early Learning Space (toddlers aged 12months to 5 years), Gymnastics, Athletics, Football (Soccer) and Dance.

If you have genuine passion for sports and fitness and are willing to gain additional qualifications we will train you across a variety of our sports.

We also prefer to have coaches who have;

• Current First Aid Certificate
• AIS 'Community Coaching in General Principals' Certificate
• AIS ‘Play by the Rules’ Certificate
• Level 1 and Level 2 coaching certificates
