About the business and the role
We are looking for a picker/packer, for our fashion stockroom based in Marrickville. Experience with fashion is preferable. We want to add an enthusiastic member to our team to help us maintain our outstanding customer service record and get our orders out in a timely and professional manner.
There is computer work involved so experience and proficiency with computers is essential.

You may also be required to help process incoming stock to the warehouse and serving customers.

Job tasks and responsibilities
This is a CASUAL role. MONDAY availability is essential. There will be a minimum of 3 shifts a week. They are seven hour shifts 9am-4pm on week days only.

Duties and responsibilities include:
• Picking orders from packing slips
• Performing quality control prior to packing
• Scanning, boxing and producing shipping labels
• Processing incoming stock
• Checking off incoming invoices
• Updating incoming stock on computer by colour & size

Skills and experience
The successful applicant should have the following skills and experience:
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous fashion experience - retail, wholesale or online is an advantage
• Computer skills essential
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and be on your feet all day
• Experience in Shopify would be an advantage
