We are actively recruiting for two types of opportunities within our Security Team:

1. Casual Pool – ADHOC / FIFO / Events (Short-Notice)

Join our casual pool for flexible FIFO swings, short-term contracts, and Perth-based events that arise on short notice. Ideal for candidates who want casual & on-call availability.

2. Ongoing Rostered Work – With a Pathway to Full-Time Employment

We are also seeking security professionals for ongoing rostered roles with the intention of transitioning to full-time following successful completion of a probation period. These positions will suit those looking for consistent hours, long-term site placements, and career growth within a respected organisation.

What You’ll Need

• Certificate II in Security Operations (essential)
• WA Security Officer License and Card (essential)
• Current First Aid and CPR (essential)
• Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months) (essential)
• Full WA Driver’s Licence (essential for some sites)
• Collection of Drug and Alcohol Specimens Accreditation (highly regarded)
• An active MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) is highly regarded for upcoming contracts
