What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing timely and efficient support to the Sales Director
• Managing databases and conducting telephone prospecting
• Attending property-related appointments (e.g., inspections, photography sessions)
• Assisting with marketing, advertising, open homes, and contract management
• Liaising with conveyancers, solicitors, and suppliers
• Preparing for client meetings and appointments
• Attending training and development events
• General administration and marketing support

What We’re Looking For:

• Well-presented, punctual, and professional
• Resilient, with a can-do attitude
• A team player who contributes positively to office culture
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Highly organised with strong forward-thinking skills
• Current Agents Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential)
• Valid driver’s licence and a presentable, reliable vehicle
• National Police Check required

Full-time role (Monday – Saturday)
