The Opportunity

As a Home Care Worker you will have a varied and rewarding role. For example :

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, for example showering, dressing and continence care;
• Help clients with cleaning, shopping, meal preparation and other light housework;
• Assist clients by transporting them to appointments and undertaking personal shopping;
• Support in the development of a consumer driven care plan.

We currently have work available in the following regions:

• Redlands
• Brisbane South
• Greater Logan
• West Moreton

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Care
• National Police Certificate
• Influenza and Covid19 vaccinations as per Govt. requirements
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
• Commitment to resident centred care delivery
• A caring, empathetic nature
• A strong work ethic and enjoy working as a part of a team
• Dual language competency in Finnish will be highly regarded
