About the role

Join the family advisory team at Cashel Family Office as an Associate Analyst, working closely with our experienced advisors to provide tailored wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients. In this full-time role based in our Melbourne office, you will play a key part in developing and implementing strategic financial and credit advise to continue our clients wealth growth.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the wider advisory team to prepare comprehensive complex financial plans and investment proposals
• Managing mortgage and debt structuring applications for both simple and complex lending needs (including multi-currency lending, private credit and corporate facilities)
• Assisting clients with account opening, keeping and execution of trade orders
• Supporting periodical reviews, including insurance and risk management reviews
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in portfolio management, debt and financial structuring

What we're looking for

• Degree qualification in finance, economics, accounting or a related field (preferable with a Masters or CA/CPA)
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar investment analysts and wealth management role
• Sound understanding of investment principles, asset allocation and portfolio construction
• Strong experience with excel, VBA and data wrangling of financial statements associated with private companys
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients
• Commitment to continuing professional development and expanding your financial expertise
• Familiarity with using CRM systems (financial planning software not necessary)
