About Santospirito Flowers
I. C. & J. Santospirito P/L are a family owned and operated flower growing business based out of Torquay and Connewarre and have been growing cut flowers since 1986. Our business is seasonal with fluctuating work volumes therefore it’s essential that you are able to work flexible hours as start times can be as early as 6am but can vary depending on weather and other factors.

About the role

I. C. & J . Santospirito P/L are currently looking to engage an Assistant Farm Manager.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Irrigation: in hothouses and out in the field. This also includes repairs and maintenance
• Basic tractor work
• Operating forklift
• General labour
• Assisting a wide range of roles within the farm

The Candidate

It is essential that you :

• Hold a current drivers license
• Enjoy working outdoors and in farm fields
• Are able to work efficiently without supervision
• Show commitment and reliability to get the job done
• Are able to work independently as well as in a team
• Must be an Australian citizen

Desirable but not essential:

• Chemical certificate- or willing to obtain
• Forklift license – or willing to obtain
