What you'll be doing

• As an Electrician at PROBEC, you will:
• Assist with solar and battery storage installations (residential & commercial).
• Perform electrical installations, modifications, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with NSW standards.
• Troubleshoot and maintain solar & battery systems, diagnosing faults and performing necessary repairs.
• Work closely with clients, project managers, and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all safety regulations and risk assessments are followed on every job.
• Maintain documentation related to installations and servicing.

What we're looking for

• Licensed NSW Electrician (minimum 1-year experience preferred).
• Willing to obtain grid-connected battery storage accreditation (we will cover training & license fees!).
• Skills with the ability to read electrical diagrams & schematics.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• White card

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in solar & battery system installations.
• Working at Heights or other relevant safety certifications.
