POSITION OVER VIEW

We are seeking dedicated motivated compassionate Female support Workers . To join the out dynamic team of NDIS workers . In this role you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life . If you are passionate about making a positive uplifting impact in supporting individuals in their journey towards independence, we want to hear from you

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Provide companionship, social engagement, and support to help clients achieve their individual goals
• Advocate for clients' rights and ensure their needs are met with dignity and respect
• Collaborate with clients, their families, and other care professionals to develop and implement individualised person centered support plans
• Ensure the maintenance of precise documentation and records to effectively support the particapants goals

• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements of JC,s Home Care Services and NDIS Safe Gaurd Commission

What we're looking for

• Certificate III or IV in Disability or Aged Care, or equivalent
• Experience providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others
• Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, community-based environment
• A current driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Must have blue card

• reliable clean vehicle
