Are you a motivated and confident communicator with a passion for building connections? We are a community expo company hosting community-based expos across Australia, seeking a proactive and confident Sales Representative to drive exhibitor and sponsor engagement through cold calling and support for marketing activities. This is a casual position, 20 hours per week (9 am - 1 pm, Monday to Friday), with the potential to increase hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively make cold calls to potential exhibitors and sponsors to promote upcoming expos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Achieve set sales targets and regularly report on your progress.
• Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Manage event-related documentation and follow-up tasks efficiently.
• Meet and exceed KPIs set by the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing, cold calling, or sales prospecting is mandatory.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability to adapt to changing priorities.
