•Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Experience: 3+ years in systems engineering or compliance-focused roles within complex project environments.
•Compliance Expertise: Hands-on experience with industry standards, such as MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, FCC, CE, RCM, and IP testing.
•Regulatory Engagement: Proven success managing certification programs and working with external test houses.
•Systems Engineering: Familiarity with systems engineering frameworks across the product lifecycle.
•Cybersecurity: Understanding of secure systems engineering practices is a plus.
•Tools: Comfortable with the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira for project management.

Why Join?
•Work on innovative technology shaping the future of defence and security.
•Be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, empowering environment.
