Floater - Dump Truck Operator

• Floater Position – Minimum of 10 shifts per month
• Attractive hourly rate, earn between $46.75 - $70.43 per hour

Are you an experienced Dump Truck Operator seeking a Floater Position at a local mine site to the Singleton area?

You will be required to complete a minimum of 10 shifts per with a preference for candidates that are able to assist in working night shifts and weekends

About our client

Our Client is an Open Cut Mine Site near the Singleton Area NSW seeking Production Operators to work as a Floater.

What you will be doing:

Operating Dump Trucks in an Open Cut Mining Environment as a Floater, you will be required to hold a minimum of a CAT 785 or Komatsu 830E skill set.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• provide coverage as per the business requirements
• Commit to working at least two full weekend blocks per month
• Able to assist with working night shifts as a priority
• Able to work a minimum of 10 shifts per month

What you will need:

• Have 12 + months experience operating Dump Trucks in a mining environment and have the equivalent competency for a KOM 830E or CAT 785/ greater
• Drivers License
• Reside within 1hr from Singleton
• Be willing to undergo an Order 43 Pre Placement medical
• Provide 2 work related references

Please Note: This is a residential role, no FIFO or camp facilities are available. Applicants must have accommodation in the Hunter Valley region for an application to be considered.
