This department is seeking a Business Support Coordinator (with Executive Assistant responsibilities) to take responsibility for a range of duties that relate to organisation and communication management. Specifically, these tasks would include:
- Inbox management
- Program management
- General administrative duties including taking minutes in meetings
- Calendar management
- Facilitating communications
Your Profile
- Strong administration and program management background
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to demonstrate a friendly and engaging interpersonal style
