What the first 2 years of your career development usually looks like:

• PHASE 1: months 1-6 will be a settling in process learning our core training methods, systems and principles
• PHASE 2: learn the 5EW comprehensive New Member Assessment + Monthly Coaching consultations (6-9 months to complete)
• PHASE 3: Become a certified Precision Nutrition Coach with all costs also covered by us (6-9 months to complete)
• PHASE 4: We'll pay for you to become a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach with the CHEK institute (6 months to complete)
• THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE TIME: Attend team weekly education sessions and receive mentoring

About the role:

• You will mainly be running personal training, semi-private PT, and conducting client assessments and ongoing consultations
• You need to have significant flexibility around the times that you work to suit the businesses demands
• You have the opportunity to grow over time to conduct nutritional coaching, mentor and lead new coaches, conduct workshops, and more
