About the role

We are seeking a skilled Structural Landscaper, or similar tradesperson, to join our team and take on a variety of exciting and challenging projects. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and installing a range of structural landscaping features, including:

• Retaining walls
• Raised garden beds
• Decking
• Paving and turf installation

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and install retaining walls, raised garden beds, and decking
• Lay paving and install turf as required
• Work with a variety of materials, including timber, brick, concrete, and stone
• Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with safety guidelines
• Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and used correctly
• Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Travel to job sites across Brisbane as needed

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in structural landscaping or similar construction roles
• Qualifications in Landscaping, Horticulture, Carpentry, Bricklaying, or a related field are preferred
• Experience in working with timber, brick, stone, and other landscaping materials
• Strong knowledge of construction and installation techniques for outdoor structures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedure, including implementing appropriate control measures
• Valid driver’s license
• Rights to work in Australia
