About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and energetic professional to join our team at Autolift Garage Doors as an Accounts Invoicing Clerk. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our finance team, supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Management.

As the Accounts Clerk, your primary focus will be accurate and timely client invoicing, maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end client invoicing using AroFlo
• Entering and consolidating bills for payment XERO
• Processing payments via Payway
• Accessing & uploading to clients external portals and platforms
• Providing support to the Senior Accountants Team and Management
• Taking inbound account query calls
• Maintaining subcontractor statements and records
• General data entry, filing, and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, payable, or a similar finance support role
• Proficiency in XERO and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with AroFlo job management software would be highly regarded but not essential (training provided)
• Strong verbal & written communication
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
