We currently have an opportunity available for a capable and experienced labourer for work with a road maintenance team based at Narrandera.

This role will involve working full time hours of work (8.5 hours/day - 76 hour/9 day fortnight) initially until end of June, with potential for further work for good quality candidates. A start of work ASAP is required. An attractive hourly pay rate is being offered, including overtime penalty rates for additional hours of work.

Successful Applicants will need;

• current WHS White Card
• driver licence - with MR licence or above a distinct advantage
• traffic control tickets - or willingness to obtain
• Worker On Foot card - or willingness to obtain (online link able to be provided for successful applicant to be completed as part of on-boarding process)
• good all round fitness for manual work tasks
• previous experience with road construction or maintenance would be a distinct advantage

Applicants will need to be fit for physically demanding work, and be a genuine team player. You must also be willing to undertake a police records check prior to commencement of work.
