Each day can bring something different and varied, extending from providing support to lawyers of all levels, training and developing junior legal support staff along with opportunities for your own training and skill development.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is calm under pressure, is able to manage multiple stakeholders, has the ability to prioritise tasks using sound-judgement and with excellent written and verbal skills with a variety of stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and is suited to someone who proactively seeks opportunities to create better efficiencies in the workplace, both at a branch and organisational level.

To be successful you will bring to this role your demonstrated skills and experience in:

  • Legal administration, with litigation an advantage
  • Providing high quality support to a team of solicitors, in a deadline driven and fast paced environment
  • Understanding legal processes and court jurisdictions, legal terminology, with your ability to conduct research using online databases and systems an advantage
  • Being a self-starter who takes initiative, and has the ability to operate autonomously, with advanced skills in problem solving
  • Committing to service excellence and engaging your keen eye for detail
