About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis, with flexible working arrangements that include in-clinic, mobile, and work-from-home opportunities.This role offers autonomy in managing your caseload while being supported by a dedicated team and access to expenses-paid trips to various QLD locations for mobile therapy opportunities. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist located in Hamilton, QLD, with some work-from-home options available. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing intervention plans, and supporting clients in achieving their occupational goals. Day-to-day tasks include working with clients across different age groups and funding models, collaborating with support systems, and documenting progress. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ($80,000–$120,000) + super + mobile therapist allowance
- Flexible working arrangements – work from our aesthetic clinic space in Ascot, mobile across QLD, or from home
- Professional development (PD) & wellbeing allowance
- 1:1 support and ongoing supervision (fortnightly to monthly)
- Capacity for travel with expenses covered for mobile work within the QLD region

About You:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Confident in engaging in a team dynamic while being autonomous in your role
- Passionate about holistic, trauma-informed, client-centered care
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Certification and registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA)
- Driver's Licence and Personal Vehicle
- NDIS Worker's Screening Check (or open to obtaining)
- Professional Insurance
