Over the last decade, Blue Bungalow has grown from a local summer fashion lifestyle brand to an established eCommerce business with a global presence, and a team of over 100.

About the Role

In addition to other fulfilment tasks, this role focuses on the efficient processing of customer returns and exchanges to ensure a seamless customer experience, every time. We are seeking tech savvy, reliable and experienced all-rounders who can thrive in our fast paced digital environment.

Casual shifts between the operating hours of 7am-5pm, M-F

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Efficient processing of returns and exchanges following a streamlined returns policy
• Inspection of returned garments, shoes and accessories to identify faults or issues
• Returns portal data entry executed with a high level of accuracy
• Timely dispatch of online orders, receiving of product and retail support tasks, as required, to meet the Blue Bungalow customer promise

About You

To be successful you will have:

Previous experience in eCommerce customer returns, Refundid and PVX (not essential)

• Demonstrated high levels of accuracy in processing eCommerce returns
• A great problem solver
• A great track record of reliable attendance
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced team environment
• Drive to learn and adapt to new digital fulfilment processes
