Position: Casual Staff (adults – 18 years and over only)

Industry: Amusement

Location: Joyland Amusements, Austral

Type: Casual (Mainly Weekends and Holiday Work)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ride Operation: Safely operate and maintain amusement rides, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests. Full training will be provided.
• Set Up and Pull Down of Amusement Rides: Working to set up and pulling down amusement devices at various locations
• Customer Interactions: Engage with guests, including working with children, to ensure a fun and safe environment

Requirements:

• Be Physically Fit: Manual labour/heavy lifting involved
• Experience: Previous experience in the amusement industry is beneficial but not required as full training will be provided
• Licenses: A license is a must. MR/HR or HC also preferred.
• Attitude: Must have a positive, “Can-Do “attitude, a willingness to learn and be able to work as part of a team.
• Working with Children Check: Must already have a valid paid (not volunteer) WWC OR be willing to acquire one prior to working – we can assist you in obtaining this
