What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction or civil industry
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to perform civil labouring duties
• Experience working with and around plant machinery
• Trade Qualification (Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, etc.) preferred
• Concreting experience is highly regarded
• Leadership skills are highly desirable, as there is potential for career growth
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions from supervisors
• Basic technology skills, as timesheets and admin tasks are cloud-based
• Current driver’s licence with reliable transport (HR licence advantageous)
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) required
• Right to work in Australia
• Willingness to undergo Police Checks and Working With Children Checks, if required
• Availability to weekends and travel for work when necessary
