Qualifications & experience

• Certificate III in Aged care or
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Aged care
• Medication training certificate is an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ability to work independently, strive for excellence in resident care and promote an environment of harmony and trust with team and residents
• Provide a professional, courteous, and sensitive clinical services to all residents
• Coordinate with Registered Nurse and clinical care team for day to day care duties
• Assist and support residents for their care needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team
• Identify the changes on the health and care need of the resident
• Record the care notes of the resident and report to the nurses of the care need
