THE CLIENT:

Our client is a well-established electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects across Melbourne’s CBD. Known for their commitment to excellence and innovation, they have built long-standing relationships with clients by consistently providing reliable, efficient, and high-standard electrical solutions.

THE ROLE:

With a growing pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join their team and play a key role in managing a team of 10-15 electricians, and delivering projects to the highest standard.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A-Grade Electrician with leading hand experience
• Proven ability to manage teams
• Construction Industry White Card
• Strong experience in rough-ins and fit-offs
• Knowledge of CBUS, Dynalite, and KNX lighting control systems
• Proficiency with switchboards, CAT6, and CAT6A
• Strong understanding of OH&S regulations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and wiring diagrams
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A positive can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
