About Us:

products and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Store
Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our store. As a Store Manager at 7-Eleven,
you will be the face of the business, ensuring efficient operations and a positive customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the store, including stock management, inventory
control, and store presentation.
- Oversee, train, and develop a team of store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain store standards, ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and health
regulations.
- Manage store finances, including budgeting, cash handling, and reporting.
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and
building relationships.
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the 7-
Eleven brand.
- Open and close the store as required and ensure security procedures are followed.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management, ideally in a convenience, fuel station, or fast-
paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, financials, and operational processes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
