The Opportunity:

This is a great opportunity to join a tight knit team based in Derrimut. Starting as an Order Picker, you will be required to paper pick orders, operate a LO Order Picking machine, stock replenishment and other general warehousing duties. You will be joining Australia’s largest retail companies, with over 100 stores across Australia. You must be available to work, Monday to Friday, Dayshift starting at 7am. This is a great opportunity to expand your current skill base. This role will be an ongoing full-time permanent position placement for the right candidate. If successful, you will receive a very competitive hourly rate + Super.

Tasks will include:

• LO order Picking / Packing Orders
• Receiving & Dispatching Stock
• Data Entry - complete all paperwork required.
• Move Stock and materials around the warehouse.
• Manual handling as required.
• Package and label stock
• Other various assigned warehouse duties
• Operating LO Order picker - MUST hold valid LO licence
• General warehousing duties

To be successful in this role, the successful applicant would ideally possess the following skills:

• High attention to detail
• Previous experience in similar role Warehouse / Pick Packing
• Physically fit & able for manual handling
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia - Available to work 38 hours per week.
• OH&S awareness and emphasis on safety in the workplace.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Current Order Picker (LO) licence – This is a Must!
• Good communication skills
• A positive attitude
• A willingness to work

Ideal skills and experiences:

• Previous warehousing experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
