The Role
As a Lighting Designer for Eagle Lighting, the role will be reporting to Northern Region Sales Lead. This role will be required to work closely with the sales team to develop lighting layouts, provide technical guidance, and support both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop lighting designs using AGI32, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Create lighting control layouts.
• Offer technical application support to the sales team to drive successful project outcomes.
• Maintain records and information such as IES file management, as well as in Salesforce for reporting.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards, attending seminars and workshops as needed.
• Provide support to engineering and wider business teams to support product development and customer solutions.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve design processes and project execution.

Skills & Experience

• A membership in the IES.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in lighting design.
• Strong understanding of industry standards.
• Experience using AGI32 and an understanding of lighting design principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
