Miocevich Transport Services is a friendly family-owned business that operates a fleet of 30+ vehicles, mostly for package deliveries to the Southwest of WA. We have low staff turnover due to having consistent work with large customers and always looking after our employees.

Miocevich Transport Services are offering the following role:

• Above award wages.
• 40+ hours per week on offer.

• Modern truck fleet - Hino, Volvo and Mack mostly.
• Working with the biggest names in transport distribution.
• Based in Kewdale, Perth, WA.
• This role involves palletised or caged freight on curtainside rigid trucks.
• Hand unloading of packages at various locations along each designated route - you must be physically fit to do this role.
• Overnight runs and home every day.

What you need to apply for this position:

• Experience driving a HR truck, including reversing in tight locations. (Must have)
• Full Australian working rights. (Must have)
• An Australian HR-A license. (Must have)
• A current forklift license (LF). (Must have)
• WA Commercial Drivers Medical, or the interstate equivalent, or willing to obtain.
• National police clearance, or willing to obtain.
• WA Fatigue Management Certificate, or willing to obtain.
• WA Chain of Responsibility Certificate, or willing to obtain.
• Physically able to hand unload packages every shift.
• Be prepared to follow all driver and fatigue management rules.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
• Be available on short notice for fill-in work.
• Have a good work ethic.
• Work within a team environment.
