Ditton Bulk Haulage is a family-owned and operated bulk haulage company, with operations in Heatherbrae, NSW and Rockhampton, QLD. As our Dangerous Goods transport sector continues to expand, we’re looking for professional MC Drivers to join our team to deliver Dangerous Goods (SSAN) in the Rockhampton and Bowen Basin regions.

Location:
Candidates based in or around Sydney, Newcastle, or Brisbane will be considered for FIFO arrangements.

Your Role:

• Towing an A-Double & Triple Road train Flat top's or Tippers
• Loading, unloading & strapping loads and other transport duties as directed.
• Following all OH&S regulations, furthering safety culture, and following all procedures.
• Liaising with all co-workers & customers, with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage fatigue and perform logbook duties.
• Hold a high regard for Health & Safety of yourself and others.
• Complete all paperwork to a high standard.
• Take pride in your equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience towing A-Doubles and/or Road Trains.
• Must provide a 5-year driving history printout.
• Pass pre-employment Commercial Vehicle Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing.
• Hold a current Dangerous Goods License.
• Hold a current Queensland Explosives Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Hold a current Explosives Drivers Licence Class 5.1 (or willingness to obtain).
• Hold a current Maritime security card MSIC (or willingness to obtain).
• Professional Appearance & Attitude - A positive, can-do attitude is essential.
• Strong focus on Health & Safety for yourself and others.
