About the Role:

As the Senior Financial Accountant - Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the finance team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert guidance to the team on financial processes and service delivery.
• Managing team workflows and workloads, offering coaching and development support as needed.
• Overseeing end-to-end payable, receivable, and trust functions.
• Managing cash flow and ensuring effective financial operations.
• Conducting bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Supporting BAS, Tax, Superannuation, and FBT functions.
