About the role

We are seeking passionate and experienced Female Personal Trainers to join our team at Fit and feminine' in Roselands NSW 2196. This is a flexible position to grow into full time hour where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness training and coaching to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver customised exercise programs to meet the unique goals and needs of each client
• Provide motivational and educational support to help clients achieve their fitness objectives
• Conduct thorough client assessments and progress tracking
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques
• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment in the gym
• Assist with the promotion of our services and client recruitment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years' experience as a certified Personal Trainer in the Fitness & Personal Training industry
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, biomechanics, and nutrition principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients
• Passion for empowering women to achieve their health and fitness goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
