NDIS Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach

We are seeking an experienced support coordinator and/or psychosocial recovery coach to join our team and work in the east and southeast areas of Melbourne. If you are looking for a position that includes flexible working hours and working from home, then this might be the role for you!

The role requires travel to participants' homes and community locations from time to time.

Equip Disability Services is a registered NDIS service provider established in 2021 and provides high-quality support coordination services to our participants.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be ethical and honest, a highly organised worker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a self-starter, able to problem-solve, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role is likely to suit someone already working in the sector and seeking flexible and rewarding work.

Essential criteria to be addressed in the application

· Minimum 6 months experience in NDIS support coordination, NDIS Planner or LAC role (preferred), proven by an excellent understanding of the support coordinator role and a good understanding of how the NDIS sector works

· Understanding of various NDIS systems and processes

· Experience working with other stakeholders and mainstream supports

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· Driver license and insured car and be willing to travel to participant's homes as part of service delivery
