About the Role:

• As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for:
• Assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, including team leadership and store presentation.
• Delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for customers.
• Driving sales and achieving KPIs.
• Supporting training and development of the team.
• Managing stock, visual merchandising, and ensuring store standards are met.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role (Assistant Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor).
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating exceptional shopping experiences.
• A background in jewellery, watches, or luxury retail is highly regarded but not essential.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
