About the Opportunity
Are you a seasoned Software Engineer with broad technical knowledge and a knack for working things out independently? A well-established organisation is looking for someone to support their business-as-usual development efforts across a range of internal systems and integrations. You’ll work alongside existing developers to maintain, refactor, and enhance current codebases, primarily using C#, with minimal supervision.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a total salary of $130,000 (inclusive of super). The role is hybrid, with two days required in the office each week.

About You
We’re looking for a Software Engineer who brings:

• Solid experience in C# development (3 years or more)
• A versatile, generalist mindset with a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks
• The ability to access APIs and troubleshoot problems independently
• Familiarity with Azure, particularly around maintaining integrations and updating certificates
• A mature, steady approach to work, ideally suited to someone who’s comfortable in a supportive, individual contributor role
• ServiceNow experience is a bonus, but not essential

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand existing C# code, identify issues, and refactor or rewrite as needed
• Maintain integrations between platforms such as Callista, BlueX, and Survey
• Produce clear internal documentation
• Provide reliable technical support to the team without needing constant direction
• Work flexibly across varied tasks, with no fixed scope of work
